Tiffany Lubken, Ph.D., RRT, is a full-time psychology faculty member at Columbia Southern University and has experience supporting online and competency-based learners. Her teaching interests include feedback, student persistence, assessment and practical strategies that help adult learners strengthen academic skills while progressing toward their goals.
