The AGCRA is a U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization and serves as the Professional Association for the U.S. Army Adjutant General’s Corps. AGCRA is the only professional organization with this primary function. AGCRA supports and serves AG Soldiers, Army Civilian HR Professionals, Army Bands, Accession/Recruiting/Retention personnel, individuals affiliated with the Adjutant General’s Corps or U.S. military HR support, and their Family members. The AGCRA National Executive Council (NEC) is headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina. The AGCRA has myriad affiliated Chapters worldwide. The Association was founded on 17 June 1987 with the formation of the first NEC.
