Program Description

The Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology offers a comprehensive theoretical foundation in psychology, coupled with essential skills vital for success in industrial and organizational environments. Students will integrate psychological principles in human work performance as well as analyze methods to promote effective communication and leadership. Students will also evaluate ethical considerations while conducting psycho-logical research. This program does not focus on clinical training and is not intended for licensure purposes.
