Program Description

The Master of Science in Fire Executive Leadership degree provides students with a flexible, relevant, and current curriculum applicable to the fire and emergency services fields today. The program emphasizes the development of a progressive and innovative leader by establishing the ability to build and foster productive teams on topics such as labor management, emergency management, and community risk reduction. Students who earn a Master of Science in Fire Executive Leadership from Columbia Southern University will be prepared to become advanced leaders within the fields of fire and other related emergency services.

Concentration Description

The Public Administration (PA) graduate concentration provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to resolve societal problems. The PA program prepares graduates for careers in public, non-profit, and private organizations in which they can develop, implement, and manage public programs and public policies.
