Program Description

The Master of Science in Emergency Services Management degree program emphasizes the development of managerial and communication skills, which students will need when operating within the field. The curriculum presents a comprehensive foundation of the disaster cycle, as well as establishes a broad basis for the background, components, stakeholders, and systems involved in the management of disasters and other man-made or natural emergencies. CSU's M.S. in Emergency Services Management is a board-approved program by the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management (IHMM).
