The Associate of Science in Leadership prepares graduates with the skills required to excel in small group and team leadership roles across industries. The program focuses on introducing students to leadership theories and enhancing vital leadership skills related to critical thinking, creative problem-solving, management, and effective communication. These skills can be leveraged in students’ current roles while enhancing and developing their knowledge and abilities to prepare them for future professions. The curriculum emphasizes theory and application of leadership applicable to today’s workforce.
