CMC 1004: Leading Through Failure

A 10-week, self-paced course offered through Columbia Southern University, “Leading Through Failure” gives students necessary tools for responding to failures at work in a healthy and productive manner. Examines opportunities for learning, growth, humility, improvement, and moving forward.

  • Course Duration: This course is a 10-week self-paced, open enrollment course. Once students complete each assignment in the course with a 70% or higher, they will receive a certificate of completion listing the CEUs earned.

  • Prepare to move forward after failure (to the next failure or success).
