We're bringing the party to you!

We may not be able to celebrate together, but that doesn't mean the party has to stop! Check out our Commencement Celebration Kit for custom social media graphics, printable CSU decorations, tasty recipes and more!

Brief Overview of the Virtual Ceremony

This incredible milestone deserves recognition, whether it’s done in-person or virtually. During the virtual ceremony, your personalized graduation slide will be displayed during the degree conferral, also known as the graduation “walk.” Your customized graduation slide will include your degree and honors (if applicable), a photo and your chosen quote.

Faculty of the Year Awards

To recognize and honor outstanding achievements and contributions by a CSU faculty member, the Robert G. Mayes Sr. Distinguished Faculty of the Year Award was established.

We are proud to announce that this year we have selected winners from each of the three colleges within the University. The recipients of the 2020 Robert G. Mayes, Sr. Distinguished Faculty of the Year Award are Dr. Megan Bowers from the College of Arts and Sciences, Dr. Darlene Jaffke from the College of Business, and Dr. Gregory Boothe from the College of Safety and Emergency Services.

Future Ceremonies

All CSU graduates may register for and participate in any future ceremony if they were not able to attend the ceremony in the year they graduated. Information about ceremonies is posted in the spring of the same ceremony year.
