Program Description

The Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management degree program prepares graduates to become influential business leaders, equipped with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex human resource and management issues. This program of study includes instruction on the development and implementation of organizational policies and guidelines that create a transformational work environment. Concentration Description

The Instructional Design and Technology concentration introduces students to the foundational principles and practices of designing effective learning experiences across educational and training contexts. Students explore core learning theories and instructional design models, with an emphasis on understanding learner needs and instructional goals. The courses also provide hands-on experience with a range of instructional technologies used to support and enhance learning.

CSU's tuition rate for associate, bachelor's and master's courses is $250 per credit hour for all active-duty military members using tuition assistance except those who are using a Learning Partner discount. The lower rate is offered to keep the tuition rate at the DoD cap of $250.
