CE 103: Customer Service: The Smile Behind the Business

About This Course

This course explores how to employ professional communication skills through in-person and virtual settings. Students will examine the essential elements of providing quality customer service relevant to several industries. Basic interpersonal skills and the problem-solving process will be examined as they relate to addressing customer concerns. Tools for creating an exceptional customer experience will be highlighted throughout the course.
