CE 1205: Introduction to Forensic Investigation

About This Course

This online course is written in partnership with the Songer Institute. Topics discussed in this course include a survey of criminalistics; evidence collection; crime scene documentation and photography; impression and pattern interpretation, collection, and development; and ethics and legal aspects of crime scene processing. This course familiarizes students with conducting proper investigations and determining the intrinsic value of forensic evidence and its use in preparation for trial.
