The Office of Student Resolution and Conduct is available to students who may need assistance in resolving issues related to their educational experience at CSU in a timely and effective manner. It is our goal to listen and discuss questions, concerns, and complaints that may impact your student experience and work collaboratively across university departments to provide resolution. The Office of Student Resolution and Conduct handles escalated complaints, receives appeals and coordinates resolution, and works with students regarding academic integrity and conduct concerns.
Students who wish to file a complaint with Columbia Southern University are encouraged to review the Complaint and Grievance Policy in the Student Handbook prior to submitting a Complaint Form.
Students who wish to file a complaint with an agency should refer to the External Complaint Process page on the website. It is recommended that students not contact these agencies until they have proceeded through the university’s process for filing a complaint.
