School should accommodate to your lifestyle, not hinder it. Learn more about our military tuition options.
All military men and women receive a waived application fee and those using Military Tuition Assistance also receive a waived library fee. Spouses or children of active-duty military will receive the application fee waiver and a 10 percent tuition discount.
CSU is approved to offer military Tuition Assistance (TA) and assist with Veterans Affairs benefits. Additional education funding is available to those approved for TA and eligible for MGIB-Active Duty benefits. In most cases, these benefits cover the entire cost of your program. You can complete seven undergraduate courses or six graduate courses annually without exceeding the Department of Defense annual ceiling of $4,500. The CSU undergraduate rate is below the TA cap and the graduate rate is at the TA semester hour cap of $250.
The tuition rate for graduate courses per credit hour is $250 for all active-duty military members using military tuition assistance (not applicable for CSU learning partners). The lower rate is offered to keep the tuition rate at the DoD cap of $250. Most courses are 3 credit hours. Tuition and fees are payable in U.S. funds. Tuition rates are subject to change.
