Students who graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree are equipped with a knowledge of business theories, policies, and procedures and are prepared to assume a responsible position within the business industry. Graduates will have acquired skills in decision-making, problem solving, and leadership, in addition to fundamental business and management procedures.

The concentration in Management emphasizes the development of leadership and decision-making skills. Its goal is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to function effectively in management positions. The program focuses on key aspects of management and prepares graduates for leadership roles in business, industry, government or social service. Students are exposed to a broad foundation of business communications and project production in the field of management studies.
