CSU raises money for Relay for Life throughout the year by offering Jeans Day and raffle tickets to win time off.
In 2014, CSU not only accepted the ice bucket challenge, we matched the challenges of our students and alumni and donated more than $2,000.
CSU donated more than 6,600 canned goods to make a difference to those in need for the 2014 Turkey Take Out, which provided families with meals on Thanksgiving Day as well as non-perishable items to food pantries.
As a part of its continuing effort to reach out to the community, Columbia Southern University recently donated several boxes of school supplies to Swift Consolidated Elementary School in Bon Secour, Ala.
