Leadership is necessary for every organization to succeed, no matter the industry. Columbia Southern University’s online Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership teaches students how to maximize the strengths of employees, enhance positive organizational change, establish continuous growth and more. The course material is applicable to situations that arise in every type of organization including negotiation/conflict resolution, business ethics, team building, creative thinking, organizational behavior and psychology and business policy and strategy.

The tuition rate for graduate courses per credit hour is $250 for all active-duty military members (not applicable for CSU learning partners). The lower rate is offered to keep the tuition rate at the DoD cap of $250.
