Alabama Association of Fire Chiefs Scholarship
Columbia Southern University (CSU) is proud to offer a two-year scholarship to the members of the Alabama Association of Fire Chiefs (AAFC). The scholarship will be applied to two consecutive years towards the completion of one of CSU's associate, bachelor's, or master's online degree programs.
This scholarship covers tuition only. Textbooks and fees will be the responsibility of the scholarship recipient. The CSU Book Grant/Loan-a-Book program does not apply to students utilizing a CSU scholarship.
The application period has ended for the AAFC Scholarship and applications are no longer being accepted at this time. Thank you for your interest.
Scholarship winners must begin their coursework within 90 days of the date of the award. They will be required to maintain a 3.0 undergraduate GPA or 3.5 graduate GPA, remain in good standing with both CSU and the AFCA throughout his or her degree program, and remain enrolled in their degree program.
AAFC Scholarship Eligibility and Requirements
All scholarship applicants must:
have a high school diploma or GED,
be an active member of the AAFC,
and complete the CSU/AAFC Scholarship Application.
Current CSU students must have a 3.0 undergraduate GPA or 3.5 graduate GPA to be considered.
