- Post-RFI Engagement: Three new reports now track engagement with "Apply" and "Schedule Meeting" buttons on thank-you pages, helping us gauge high-intent leads.
- Outreach Visibility: A new custom "Outreach Contacts" view has been deployed to give the team better visibility into unworked leads.
