The Excellence in Higher Education: Innovation in Theory and Practice Virtual Conference is held in September of each year. The purpose of the conference is to inform educators about innovative learning theories and proven practices, discuss effective classroom engagement methods and techniques, and to introduce new and proven learning technologies that work to motivate a culture of excellence in higher education.

This is a virtual conference and there is no cost for submission.
Presentation proposals must be submitted under one of three thematic strands that characterize this year’s conference. Each strand explores a different aspect of how educators and institutions can strive for excellence in higher education.
Methods and techniques that enhance how faculty engage with students through activities, discussions, and grading.
Theories and best practices that enhance the learning environment and learning efficacy.
Technologies that empower innovation, engagement, and the creation of communities of learners.
