Are there resources available for assistance with math courses and writing assignments?
Yes. The Success Center has math and writing specialists available to assist you with course requirements. Students can submit a math or writing request via the MyCSU Student Portal or reach the Success Center at 877.875.0533 during normal business hours. You can also email TeamSucceed@ColumbiaSouthern.edu.

What degree programs does CSU offer?
CSU offers associate, bachelor’s master’s and doctoral degrees, as well as certificates and continuing education. For a full list of degree offerings, visit ColumbiaSouthern.edu/Degree.

How can my advisor help me?
Your advisor can help you with many things including updating degree advisements, taking enrollments, helping you with degree plans and course selection. Your advisor is here to help you plan and prepare so that you can graduate on time.

How do I apply for scholarships?
What scholarships are available through CSU? CSU offers several scholarships including scholarships for Learning Partners, CSU alumni, military spouses and more. To see a full list, visit ColumbiaSouthern.edu/Scholarships.

Will my transfer credit be accepted at CSU?
Columbia Southern University prides itself on the maximization of transfer credit. As is also common practice among universities, CSU has articulation agreements with other institutions of higher learning. These articulations provide for the acceptance by CSU of credits and/or degrees earned at other universities and colleges. A listing of these universities and colleges can be found at ColumbiaSouthern.edu/Admissions/Transfer-Credit. Beyond the articulation agreements, transfer credit is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Are e-books available?
E-books are currently available in certain CSU courses. Students will be notified at the time of enrollment if there is an option to choose an e-book. Academic advisors or student services specialists can also assist with this information.
