MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Dear CSU Student,

Welcome to Columbia Southern University.

I believe that you will find your choosing CSU to further your education was an excellent choice.

CSU programs are designed for the adult student. You will be able to continue your obligations to family and career while earning your degree. You will enjoy the flexibility built into the CSU programs.

CSU’s service is second to none. You will find that you will be treated as a valued customer instead of a “traditional student.” You will be assigned a Student Service Representative to assist you with any questions as you progress through your program.

The Business Affairs Department will handle the processing of your enrollment agreements and tuition payments or answer any questions about your account.

The Academic Department is staffed with program coordinators who are available to assist you along with each of your assigned course professors.

The CSU Bookstore will handle the shipping of your textbooks and making certain your course start date coincides with the delivery of your text. 

And in the event you ever experience any problems or have an issue that needs to be addressed, the Dean of Students is only a phone call or email away.

You will find that this CSU Student Handbook provides all the answers to your questions. After reading this Handbook and completing the CSU Orientation course, you will be an informed student and understand the procedures and policies at CSU.

All CSU Staff and Faculty are dedicated to ensuring that your time spent with us proves pleasant and valuable. We are pleased to have you as a CSU Student and in the near future a CSU Alumni.
