VA Benefits
Your military service has earned you several education benefits. In fact many veterans are able to use both their employer provided tuition assistance and the GI Bill.
Columbia Southern University is classified as an Institution of Higher Learning, and CSU’s Term Enrollment System has established start and end dates.
The CSU Term System is divided into two tracks, Schedule A and Schedule B. Schedule B starts approximately four weeks after Schedule A, allowing students to begin their degree program almost any month of the year. Students may register for multiple courses within a term. The Academic Calendar outlines term start dates, term end dates and registration periods.
Separate policies apply to the Term Enrollment System and are published in the CSU Catalog Addendum and at Term Enrollment System Policies. These Term Enrollment Policies supersede standard CSU policies. Standard CSU policies continue to apply if a separate Term Enrollment Policy is not articulated.
VA Flex Payment Plan
VA students may place a $99 down payment for the first and/or second enrollment. Tuition must be paid in full prior to the third enrollment by the student. The VA does not pay Columbia Southern University when using Chapter 30 benefits. This VA Flex Payment Plan is not available for Federal Student Aid, Tuition Assistance, Chapter 31, Chapter 33 or if you are receiving any other form of financial assistance.
