Description

A study of environmental law related to pollutants and governmental regulations that examines the American legal system, Environmental Protection Agency, and other agencies that regulate environmental policy.

Objectives

  1. Describe the legal system.
  2. Explain the role of administrative law as it relates to the environment.
  3. Assess air quality regulations.
  4. Appraise water quality laws.
  5. Examine laws related to toxic substances.
  6. Evaluate laws related to waste management.
  7. Utilize laws related to energy.
  8. Discuss laws related to natural resources.
