you with information from the application process to graduation requirements.
Plus CSU's Alumni Association is the perfect place for you to stay connected
following graduation.
Comprehensive
Evaluation
Once
you submit your application CSU will conduct a comprehensive evaluation
of your prior academic credit, training experiences and relevant professional
licenses and certifications. You will be provided with a detailed evaluation
report outlining transfer credit accepted and courses required for degree
completion. While there's no obligation to enroll, you will experience
first hand CSU's quality service.
Maximum
Credit Transfer
CSU allows maximum
transfer credit. Up to 75% of undergraduate courses and 50% of the courses
that comprise the associate or graduate programs can be transferred into
your degree program at CSU - Saving you time and money.
Open
Enrollment
Start class when you
are ready. There are no predetermined semester or session dates you need
to contend with. CSU sets the objectives, you set the schedule, and CSU’s
faculty and staff provide the support you will need to successfully complete
your degree program.
Self
Paced Programs
At CSU you set the
pace. With CSU you are allotted 10 weeks to complete each course. But
you can complete a course in less time if you are able. And you choose
to complete one course at a time or several. The choices are yours to
make.
Flexible
Learning
There are no scheduled
online sessions you need contend with, nor are you required to participate
in learning teams or groups designed for the "typical" younger
campus based student. You will work at your own pace, completing assignments
in time frames that work best for you. CSU's method of flexible individualized
instruction is designed to provide each student the guidance and support
needed for successful course completion.
Course
Structure
CSU's online courses
combine the best of online media with traditional university textbooks.
Online you will find the course syllabus, content, assignments, and open
book exams. Most courses are divided into six units, each containing a
short objective exam, and contain two essay exams. Depending on the course,
a paper, project, or discussion board assignment may be required. All
assignments are open book. Some courses have an open book final exam.
Final exams are to be proctored.
Classroom of One
CSU Online offers you the best of both worlds. You learn on your own terms, on your own time, but you are never on your own. Once enrolled, your student service representative and class professor will be readily accessible to work with you on an individual basis providing you the assistance you need to successfully complete each course.
