Associate of Applied Science in Fire Science

The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Fire Science provides the academic foundation for essential technical skills in fire service organizations. With a curriculum of fire behavior, fire prevention, fire protection and firefighter safety, the A.A.S. in Fire Science program takes a multi-professional approach to policy integration and academic preparation in fire service methodology and principles. Students earning an associate degree in fire science will embark on an educational path of skilled development to become proficient in the profession.
