Refund Policies

Students who wish to drop/withdraw from a course or withdraw from their program should complete the Course Drop/Withdrawal Form located in the myCSU Student Portal. Alternatively, students may withdraw in any manner by contacting the Office of the Registrar by phone, e-mail, chat, or fax. If you have questions about submitting withdrawing or need additional assistance, please contact the Office of the Registrar at 800-977-8449 or registrar@columbiasouthern.edu. Any refunds due will be issued within 30 business days.

Termination

CSU reserves the right to terminate enrollment if a student:

  • Falsifies information, either on the original application or any other university document.
  • Fails to make required tuition or fee payments.
  • Cheats on any lesson, project or examination.
  • Threatens or is abusive to CSU faculty or staff.

Book Grant / Loan-a-Book

Textbooks are provided at no cost through CSU Book Grant or Loan-a-Book. Select courses or programs, determined by the University, will utilize the Book Grant or Loan-a-Book. Books may be in new or used condition and may be in print or electronic format.
