The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) affords a student certain rights with respect to their educational records. CSU acknowledges this law as university policy.

Graduation Rates
The Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, requires institutions to publish their graduation/completion rates. The information below is provided in accordance with the federal Student Right-to-Know Act.

When reviewing this information, please be aware of the following items:
- The cohort groups listed above are only first-time, full-time, certificate or degree-seeking undergraduate students who have never attended another school. This is a very small population of students at CSU, because the majority of our students transfer credit from another university. So the numbers above do not reflect our overall graduation rates.
- The graduation/completion rate is based on 6 years of attendance, or what the Department of Education considers 150% of our standard program.
