The goal of CSU's Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration degree program is to provide students with a solid foundation of knowledge regarding the health care industry, combined with the discipline to apply that knowledge in a professionally competent manner in order to advance the health of the local community. Emphasis is placed on building strong communication skills and organizational competence that highlight the effective health care administrator. The Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration does not offer a clinical or infield experience component. Its purpose is to provide a broad educational background to those already working in the health care field.
