Victoria Steber obtained a master's degree in psychology from the University of South Alabama in 2009. Her previous work experience in human services includes positions as counselor and research assistant for the University of South Alabama - Psychology Clinic. Victoria's volunteer experience includes working as a behavioral analyst at the Exchange Club Family Center.

Marcie Westover has a bachelor's degree in print journalism from Grand Valley State University and a master's degree in library and information science from the University of South Florida. Her previous work experience includes serving as a newspaper reporter and photographer, reference librarian, and a community relations representative for a non-profit organization.

Kenya Adams obtained her bachelor's degree in public relations at the University of Southern Mississippi. She continued her education at USM and received a master's in education in counseling and personnel with an emphasis in college student personnel. She has previous student affairs experience in financial aid, student programming and peer counseling.

Ashley Aubert serves as an academic advisor in the College of Business. A 2007 graduate of McNeese State University, Ashley has a master’s degree in business and a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication. Ashley has spent the last few years working in Houston’s energy sector. She also has worked in career advising of graduating students.

Kelsey Blair obtained a bachelor's degree in history with concentrations in Spanish and intercultural studies from St. Mary's College at Notre Dame in 2009. She also earned a master's degree in public history from the University of West Florida in 2011. She is an active member of the National Council on Public History, American Associations of Museums and the American Historical Society. Kelsey has worked at the Cold War Museum in Washington D.C.

Michelle Conway has a bachelor's degree in family and child development from Auburn University and a master's degree in elementary education from the University of Mobile. She is a certified teacher in Alabama with more than six years of teaching experience. Michelle also has worked in CSU's Success Center.

Sonya Kopp holds a master’s degree in education from the University of South Alabama and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish/International Trade from Auburn University and is currently pursuing a doctorate in social foundations of education with the University of Maryland. Sonya is a certified secondary Spanish teacher in Alabama and has more than 10 years teaching experience. She has previously taught high school Spanish as well as undergraduate college courses. Sonya has also spent many years teaching English as a Second Language in the U.S. as well as in Spain and Czech Republic and worked for five years as communications director for an international food-service organization.

Jason Williams joined CSU in 2011 as an academic advisor. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Jason holds a master's degree in sports business management and also studied marketing at the University of Idaho. His past work experience includes serving as the interim ticket manager at the University of Central Florida and account executive for the New Orleans Hornets basketball team and Miami Dolphins football team.

Jenna Artz received a bachelor’s degree in speech communications from the University of Southern Mississippi. She also received a master’s degree in education with an emphasis in college student personnel from USM. She interned at Southern Miss in the Office of Admissions, the Athletic Department, as well as the Office of Minority Affairs.

Lindsey Byrd holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Alabama and a master's degree in human environmental sciences with an emphasis in restaurant, hotel and meetings management from the University of Alabama. While at the university, Lindsey worked in Housing and Residential Communities and served as a student services aide in the Office of Disability Services. She has also worked for Marriott International.

David Emond attended the University of Florida where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics in 2007 and a master’s degree in international business with a concentration in hospitality management in 2008. Before joining CSU, he was employed by SeaWorld Orlando in operations.

Bethany Marshall began her career with CSU in 2005 and has served in the Admissions Department, as an evaluator.  A graduate of Louisiana State University, Marshall holds a bachelor’s degree in political science. She is also an active member of the National Academic Advising Association.
