Effective Leadership Behaviors- The Anatomy and Physiology of Leadership
Effective Leadership Behaviors, which introduces a concept called “The Anatomy and Physiology of Leadership” is an eight-hour workshop which offers a unique and visual way for bosses to understand and utilize their human capabilities to enhance their leadership effectiveness at the functional level. This workshop provides the attendees with a personal framework for leaders to use as a model when applying key boss behaviors to the various leadership challenges that they encounter on a daily basis. Renowned Fire Chief and author Alan Brunacini shares his wisdom and experience and offers the participants an opportunity to apply their human capabilities (body parts) and set standard case study guidelines to resolve real leadership issues through the use of actual case studies and leadership experiences.
Objectives
At the end of this unique and dynamic one-day workshop, participants will be able to:
- Explain the concepts and analogies of how each of the body parts can be used to identify with the associated key boss behaviors using shared leadership experiences and actual case studies
- Explain how effective “body part management” can be used to functionally address a variety of workplace situations
- Describe the 8-step case study guideline model presented and how it can be used consistently to effectively process and resolve organizational issues
- Take away lessons and tools in order to be able to apply effective leadership behaviors in the context of Anatomy and Physiology.
