Katherine Odom, Ph.D.
Director of Institutional Research
Biography:
Before joining CSU, Katherine Odom was employed by BearingPoint, Inc. as an instructional design senior consultant. She has been contracted as an instructional designer for such initiatives as Army Aviation training, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers emergency response training, and Department of Defense Civil Military Emergency Preparedness training for the Balkan Sea States. Katherine earned a doctoral degree in instructional design and development at the University of South Alabama and holds a master’s degree in collaborative teaching from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a bachelor’s degree in communication disorders from Auburn University. She is a member of the American Educational Research Association and the Association for Educational Communications and Technology.
