Biography:
Susan Ellis became an employee of Columbia Southern University in February 2005 and began work in the Office of Admissions as assistant director. Susan assisted in the development of a companywide departmental training program that has become the foundation of CSU staff. She assumed the position of director of Student Services and Retention in 2009. Susan has 12 years of experience in the customer service industry and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, International Customer Service Association, Customer Service Manager and Southern Management Association. She holds an associate degree from CSU.
