Rick Cooper
Vice President of Business Development
Biography:
Rick Cooper serves as the Vice President of Business Development at CSU. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration at CSU in 2002. He manages educational representatives responsible for developing relationships within the military and corporate arena including attending education fairs, base visits and conferences. Through Rick’s leadership in this department, CSU is now ranked in the top 10 institutions serving the Army, Air Force and Navy. He retired from the U.S. Navy in 1998 with a background in aviation and career counseling and worked for DeVry University as an educational representative before joining CSU.
