Kathy Cole, B.S.
Associate Vice President of Admissions
Biography:
Kathy Cole joined Columbia Southern University in January 2003. Cole brings 20 years of ethical administration experience with previous positions at Tennessee Technological University and an elected position, Assessor of Property, White County Tennessee. Cole has been the major contributing factor with the successful development of CSU’s Admissions Department, the largest department of the university. Cole is an advocate in teaching leadership to provide unmatched customer service. She holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University. Cole is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), International Customer Service Association (ISCA), Southern Management Association (SMA), and Customer Service Manager (CSM).
